Mortgagee Inquiry System
Mortgagee Inquiry is a
system that provides mortgage companies and lienholders with the ability to access policy information, in real time, via the Internet. The system is only available to those entities that have an interest in the
property being insured and that are listed as being a mortgagee or lienholder on the subject policy.
IIn order to access policy information you must know:
- The policy number.
(Enter only the 7 digit number. Do not enter any letters such as SD, HG, etc.,
or 0’s preceding the 7 digit policy number.)
- The insured’s last name.
- The current mortgagee or lienholders name.
The following information is accessible through this system:
- Mortgagee/Lienholder Name and Address
- Policyholder Name
- Policy Number
- Loan Number
- Agent Name and Phone Number
- Policy Term
- Total Premium Amount
- Current Premium Due/Due Date
- Property Location
- Policy Status
- Coverages, Insured Values and Deductibles
Mortgagee Inquiry is available 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.
