Member Inquiry
Hochheim Prairie's goal is to provide quality products and services to its members. In keeping with that goal, Hochheim is
pleased to introduce Member Inquiry. Member Inquiry provides policyholders the ability to access policy information through the World Wide Web.
You will be prompted through Registration and Member Login screens. Once logged in, the Summary screen will be the gateway to a variety of information. The following information is accessible by clicking "Get
Details" on one of the options below:
- Policy Type
Provides description and coverage information on the property insured.
- Agent
Provides agent contact information.
- Term premium
Provides information such as current premium due, installment information, premium received and transaction data for each of your policies.
- Claims
Provides claim history, claim type and payment information.
Member Inquiry is available 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. It is another example of Hochheim Prairie’s commitment to being "First In Service to Rural Texans."
